HULA – Dziki Bill Mango Hot Sauce

The star of Dziki Bill HULA sauce is mango, the foundation of its carefully crafted flavour. Eating it feels like warmth spreading through your whole body — like turning your face to the sun after an especially brutal winter. The Habanero peppers keep that glow going even longer. Liquid sunshine, a smile in a bottle, a happiness pill, a crowd favourite!

HULA – Dziki Bill Mango Hot Sauce

Description
People fall into two groups: those who like mango, and those who don't yet know they like mango. Are you the exception? You're just proving the rule 😛 We won't bore you with tales of fruit ripening under golden sunbeams the colour of a sunset, or village girls singing as they pick them. We have no idea how mango is grown, and frankly, we don't care. What we did do is turn it into a spicy mango sauce, Dziki Bill HULA — and now we're waiting for applause.

So that mellow chiliheads and die-hard mango fans can have their fun, and seasoned players with throats seasoned in capsaicin get a real hit of heat, we made it right away in two versions: the milder HULA, and the stronger, seriously spicy HULA X. Take it and eat it.

Psst… HULA (no X!) is another pleasant little sauce, perfect for winning over — and then getting hooked — reluctant beginners… assuming, of course, you feel like sharing.

Spicy Mango Sauce. What will you taste?
You'll barely have time to close your eyes in bliss before you're pulled out of your reverie by a subtle (HULA) or not-so-subtle (HULA X) reminder that this is a HOT sauce. The Habanero peppers bring a heat that's even, decisive, and long-lasting, pairing beautifully with the fruity notes. The distinctive, lightly tart sweetness and citrus-floral aroma come through both on their own and in dishes.

What goes well with spicy mango sauce?
Dziki Bill Hula sauce makes a great dip for those "spicy" chips you fell for yet again. It also works as a salad dressing, a marinade ingredient, and an addition to Asian cuisine. It perfectly complements chicken, shrimp, or tofu curry, and adds an interesting, light note to chakalaka, lecho, or fish à la grecque.

We just pour it over sandwiches and cry over how fast it runs out. It's worth keeping more than one bottle in the fridge, especially if you don't live alone :-]
