Habanero – Dziki Bill Hot Sauce

Dziki Bill Habanero hot sauce is the very first Dziki Bill sauce — the one that started it all. Its unique recipe was created by us from scratch and remains our closely guarded secret. In the beginning, we cooked it at night in a rented kitchen at a holiday resort… A lot has changed since then, but not this sauce. Habanero remains our staple, most versatile sauce — the one we go through the most ourselves.

It's genuinely hot, and completely different from the "spicy" products you'll find on supermarket shelves. While it's not the hottest sauce in our range, it stands out for the exceptional flavour of fresh Pepperoni and Habanero peppers and a well-balanced composition, making it — unlike many popular imported products often loaded with vinegar or mostly water — great to eat on its own, without needing to mix it with anything else, e.g. as a dip. It doesn't overpower the flavour of dishes, while adding its own distinctive character and depth.

Dziki Bill Habanero sauce has become a classic among hot sauces and remains firmly in that position.

What will you taste?
First, a slightly sweet note, soon followed by a gentle tartness. Thanks to the high capsaicin content in the Habanero peppers, you'll feel a genuine hit of heat. The next clearly noticeable flavour is ripe tomatoes, which soften the overall impression and give the sauce the right thickness. The sauce has a slightly fruity taste characteristic of Habanero peppers, and a slightly vegetal note from the Pepperoni peppers.

What goes well with Habanero hot sauce?
Dziki Bill Habanero sauce works great with any dish that needs an umami kick and a level of heat that stays within the bounds of feeling good the next day.

It pairs brilliantly with burgers, casseroles, Mexican dishes, and… Polish cuisine. Pierogi à la Dziki Bill? Why not? Who's going to stop you?

Thanks to its well-balanced thickness, it also works simply as a dip for chips, nachos, fresh vegetables, fries, or other finger foods.
