Bun ingredients: wheat flour, water, wheat sourdough (water, wheat flour), yeast, sugar, vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower), sesame (1.7%), salt, black onion seeds (1.5%), wheat protein, soy flour, wheat gluten, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids). May contain: milk, eggs, nuts, sesame seeds.
Burger ingredients: beef (chuck, 80/20), salt, pepper.

Preparation: Fry or grill the patties on high heat for about 3–4 minutes per side, to your preferred doneness.
Warm the buns at 180°C for 4–6 minutes.

Practical info: Both the burgers and the buns can be safely frozen — keep them in the freezer for as long as you need, just avoid thawing and refreezing. Fresh (unfrozen) buns are best within 5 days per the label; once opened, keep tightly sealed.
